Refund Policy

We want you sleeping better, not stuck with something that isn't working. Every Hush order is backed by our 90-Night Sleep Guarantee.

Returns: If Hush isn't right for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Unopened items can always be returned; for hygiene reasons, returns of used earplugs are handled through our guarantee claims.

How to start a return: Email us at ernestico.otero00@gmail.com with your order number and a short note, and we'll send instructions.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right at no cost.
